We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
🚫 Please note: We do not accept returns on international orders.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔ In the same condition as received
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags attached
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
*We have a strict same-day return request policy. This means that you must initiate your return on the same day you receive your order.
🚫 Return requests made after the first day of delivery will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can either:

- If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement
For refunds or product replacements due to a wrong product or empty box delivery, an unboxing video is required to initiate the process.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item

⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement
For a refund or replacement due to wrong product or empty box delivery, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
❌ Personal hygiene products (such as masks & diaries)
❌ Gift cards

Exchange Policy
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have first. Once your return is approved, we will ship the new product.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, any price difference must be paid.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the balance amount.
- 🚫 We do not accept exchange requests for international orders.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
